The Inspire Fitness package comprises of the Inspire Fitness FT1 functional trainer, the Inspire Fitness FID flat incline decline bench and the Inspire Fitness 2 x 23kg (50lbs) add-on weight kit. The FT1 trainer is designed to help you gain more strength, increase stamina and lose weight and has a heavy duty 2 x 4' oval and 3' round 11 gauge tubular steel frame, as well as dual independent weight stacks weighing 96kg (210lbs) each. This robust and reliable commercial quality trainer gives you maximum freedom of movement in any direction or plane while performing intense weight resistance workouts. Its independent weight stacks allow you to either focus on one side of the body or effectively address any muscle imbalances. The one-handed adjustable high/low pulleys offer 30+ height positions.
