The C7.5 offers a number of excellent points on comfort. The product has oversized pedals and levellers, so that your feet will never be tempted to rise up from the pedal position. The other option is to subscribe to the iFit programme which gives you access to hundreds of daily workout routines. It can help you tailor your workouts, discover healthy food recipes and even, by selecting Google Maps, automatically adjust the inclines and resistance levels of your cross trainer to replicate real road running tracks. It is important to note that iFit is not compatible with Virgin Media Routers.
Built for tracking
In terms of keeping a track of your heart rate there are two EKG grip pulses on the handlebars. This model does not have a Bluetooth heart monitor, so if this is important to you then look towards the NordicTrack Commercial 12.9 Elliptical Cross Trainer which has a Bluetooth chest strap as standard. Your workout stats are shown on an easy-read 5” backlit display, which has a ‘priority display’ feature so that you can realhone in-in on the stats that are most important to you. The console will show you: distance, resistance, speed, calories, pulse and time.

With a lower price, we were happy that NordicTrack still kept many of the features that are on it’s high-range products.
