The Carbon Claw Recoil RB-7 is a 4.6ft (137cm) tall, double body punch bag dedicated for the toughest boxing and martial arts training regimens. The bag is excellent for training core punching combinations at various speeds including the most powerful moves, plus the inside of the bag is filled with diverse weighted cut-offs to ensure a more authentic feel.
